How Frostly uses information when you browse or place an order.

Information we receive

When you create an account or place an order, Frostly may store your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, and any payment transaction reference you submit. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address and subscription time. If you leave a product review, we store the rating and review text with the order that qualified you to review.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, confirm and deliver orders, answer support requests, process newsletter subscriptions, and display verified product reviews. We do not request or store card numbers on this site.

Services and browser storage

Frostly uses Supabase for account sign-in, database records, and uploaded images. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes the sign-in request. Your browser also stores your cart, language preference, wishlist, and the Supabase sign-in session so the site can work between page visits.

Your choices

You can update profile information from your account. To ask about or request removal of account or subscription information, contact Frostly using the phone or email shown in the storefront footer. Some order records may need to be retained to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
