Orders and availability

Submitting an order sends a request to Frostly. The store checks current product availability, prices, and the delivery fee when the order is placed. An order may need confirmation by Frostly before it is prepared. If an item or delivery area is unavailable, Frostly will contact you about the order.

Payment

The payment methods offered at checkout are the methods currently enabled by Frostly. Cash on Delivery is collected at delivery. For a mobile-wallet option, follow the displayed instructions and provide the transaction reference; the payment is not confirmed until Frostly verifies it.

Customer details

Please provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address. You may contact Frostly promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Whether a request can be completed depends on the order’s preparation and delivery status.

Product information

Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Follow the storage and preparation instructions on the product packaging. The final payable amount is the amount confirmed for your order.
